When you've gone through all the steps of activating your Mollie account, you will still see a notification in eCurring letting you know your Mollie account isn't active yet. This is because Mollie first needs to do a check on the account, before it can be fully approved & activated.
It takes about 1 to 2 (work) days for Mollie to check out your website. Once it's been checked, you'll receive a message right away letting you know if your website has been approved. This is why it's important to make sure your website is online when you request the check through the dashboard.
Do you have a webshop? Make sure at least a part of your stock is already displayed online. This way, we get a clear picture of what types of products you want to sell.
Is it a service you are providing? Make sure your website clearly states what the service is and how it works.
Mollie also takes a look at what payment methods you want to use. For eCurring, the following payment methods should be activated:
- SEPA direct debit
So make sure those payment methods are enabled.
