An invoice is created within a subscription. For each payment the customer is charged, an invoice will be created. Each invoice is linked to the corresponding transaction, to make sure the status of an invoice is always updated the moment the transaction status changes. 

When creating a product, you can enable the option to automatically send the invoice to the customer. Next to that, you can always manually download or email the invoice at any time. It's also possible to export multiple invoices at once to a csv file.

An invoice has the following information on it:

  • Name of the customer
  • Address + email from the customer
  • Invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Collection date
  • Business name (optional)
  • Business address + email (optional)
  • CoC number of business (optional)
  • Product name
  • Amount
  • VAT percentage
  • Price
  • Sub total
  • VAT amount
  • Total

In the Invoice Settings, you can decide the prefix for each invoice number, what colours the texts should be and you can have a copy of each sent invoice be sent to your own email address.
