In this article, we'll explain the time between the moment the transaction is sent to Mollie Payments and the moment you can find the money in your account.
1. Process date of transaction is reached (day 0)
On this day, right after midnight, the transaction is sent to Mollie Payments. That same day (in the morning), Mollie will send the transaction through to the bank.
Please note! When the subscription is assigned after 4 in the afternoon (GMT+1), the transaction is sent to Mollie right away but they won't send the payment to the bank until the next morning.
2. Amount is deducted from the customer's bank account (+ 1 work day)
The day after, the charge will be done from the customer's bank account. This will not be visible yet in either eCurring or Mollie Payments.
3. The amount is credited to the account of Mollie Payments (+ 1 work day)
Mollie Payments will receive the charge from the bank. This is not yet visible in either eCurring or Mollie Payments.
4. The status is updated in Mollie & eCurring (+ 1 work day)
Mollie Payments will receive the status update from the bank, which means it'll be visible in eCurring if the payment failed or succeeded.
5. The amount is paid out to you
The pay out to you depends on the pay out frequency and the payment method that has been used. The transaction costs are already withheld from it. Although all payout options are available in this case, credit card will have a delay of 5 business days and for SEPA Direct Debit there's a delay of 10 business days.
