Customers in eCurring are people within your eCurring account that you want to charge money from. With each customer, you have the following fields to fill in:

  • first name required
  • last name required
  • Email required
  • Gender
  • Phone numberĀ 
  • Bank account holder
  • Bank account number (IBAN)
  • Zip code
  • House number
  • Street
  • City
  • Country
  • Business name
  • VAT number

Customers can be manually added, through an import or they can sign up themselves through a signup form. Once a customer is in the account, you can connect them to a product. By connecting a product to a customer, a subscription is created. This subscription has connected transactions and invoices.
